Neosho, Missouri

With funding form local public/private partnerships, citizens, businesses, and civic groups, Neosho's Historic Downtown Revitalization effort was able to complete four major projects, the Streetscape project, Restoration of the Swiss Floral Clock at Big Spring Park, Christmas Lighting Project, and Relocation of City Hall to the Square. The Freeman Southwest Family YMCA was developed to meet community needs with the sole purpose of providing personal growth and leadership opportunities for youth, family-centered recreational opportunities, and education-centered daycare. Neosho Extended School Time provides students in the Neosho school system academic, self-improvement, and recreational opportunities in a secure environment.
