Bario leaders in Roswell developed the Chaves County Youth Dental Initiative in response to the growing need for children to gain access to dental services. Dress for Success is a positive way to enhance the learning environment by combining two components, school uniforms, and a consortium of not-for-profits and businesses who ensure that every child has uniforms to wear.
